Why using BESTANK RO storage tank?
During usage of a RO unit at our homes, water goes through a reverse osmosis membrane very slowly and people usually don’t have the patience to take much time to get a cup of water.
For this reason in the residential RO units, water is stored in a bladder, made of a material called butyl, inside of RO tank. When there is a demand for water, the water is pushed out of the tank by air pressure and the RO tanks can delivery stable and constant water flow when the faucet is opened.
The main pollutants might come from air or animals with use an open tank . That is why we offer use of a closed RO tanks.
To avoid bad odors from diaphragm, all of BESTANK RO tank’s diaphragms are post-cured before assembly, to avoid these possibility of odors from the tank.
All our tanks are NSF approved.
Durability ; In BESTANK RO Tanks, valve cores have been adopted for high pressure resistance. Air valves has additional sealing component, so that the gas tightness is very good.
Our RO tank has passed through 5 million times of life durability test and also discharge pressure test is being applied to all each tank before leaving the factory.
BESTANK appplies also high pressure water resistance test to each of the products with 1MPa experiment pressure before leaving the factory, and our tanks burst pressure is 2 Mpa
